1. About these terms

This website, www.vedikrootorganics.com, is run by Vedik Root Organics LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability partnership based in Kerala, India. By using this website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our product and the information on this site

• Our product is Pure Organic Muringa Powder, a single-ingredient powder made from dried muringa (moringa) leaves.
• We try to keep the website accurate, but product details, packaging, labels and availability may change. The label on the pack you receive is the final word on ingredients, weight, dates and directions.
• The “research” section summarises published studies and reviews, with links to the sources. These are not claims about our product, are not medical advice, and results vary from person to person.
• Our product is a food. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and does not replace medicines or advice from a doctor.
• Customer testimonials are the personal opinions of the people who gave them. They do not promise that you will have the same experience.

3. Ordering through WhatsApp

• This website does not take online payments or run a shopping cart. You place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• Prices, pack sizes, delivery charges and payment methods are shared with you in the chat before you pay.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you in the chat. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• Please give us a correct name, phone number and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are confirmed in the chat. The price you agree in the chat is the price you pay for that order.

5. Delivery

We will tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays and other events outside our control. You are responsible for the pack once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Damaged, wrong or unsatisfactory products

Please check your pack when it arrives. If it is damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the pack and its label. After checking, we will replace the product or refund you. Because our product is a food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs unless the product is defective.

7. Using the product safely

• Follow the directions on the pack. The label suggests about ½ teaspoon (around 2 g) a day and no more than 2 teaspoons a day. Too much may cause stomach discomfort.
• The label says the product is suitable for children above 6 years and adults.
• Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, people on medication and people with a medical condition or allergy should consult a doctor before using it.
• Store the pack sealed, in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and sunlight.

8. Our content

The text, logo, photographs, videos and design on this website belong to Vedik Root Organics LLP or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

9. Third-party content and links

This website links to, and plays videos from, services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the research sources we cite. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limits on our responsibility

We take care to make a safe, good-quality product and to keep this website accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by not following the directions on the pack. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer in India.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking it through, the courts at Malappuram, Kerala will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under Indian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
