1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

• When you message us on WhatsApp. Your name, phone number, delivery address, order details, and anything else you choose to send us. WhatsApp shows us your phone number and profile name.
• When you visit the website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• When you play an Instagram video. Only after you tap a video, Instagram loads and may collect information about your device and viewing, as described in section 5.

The website has no sign-up, contact form, comments or online payment, so we do not collect information through the site itself. At present we do not use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and answer your questions.
• To take, confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to handle any refund or replacement.
• To keep records that the law or accounting requires.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We will ask for your permission before using your details to send you offers or news. You can say no, or stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

• Courier or delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your order.
• Payment providers or banks, if you pay by a method that involves them.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to.
• Service providers that run the tools we use, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Cloudflare.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-party services on this website

• WhatsApp. When you tap Chat on WhatsApp, you leave our site and use WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Instagram. Our process and testimonial videos are Instagram videos. They load only when you tap one. Once loaded, Instagram (Meta) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. If you do not want this, do not play the videos, or watch them directly on our Instagram page.
• Instagram and Facebook links. Following those links takes you to those services.
• Research links. Links to published research take you to the websites of those publishers.
• Fonts. The fonts on this site are stored on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services.

6. Cookies

We do not set cookies of our own. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies to protect the site. Instagram may set cookies after you play one of its videos. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order and chat records for as long as we need them to complete your order, handle any questions or complaints, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

8. How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit who can see order details and ask our delivery partners to use them only for delivery. No online service can be completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information you do not need to share, such as bank card numbers or passwords, in chat.

9. Your choices and rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw any permission you gave us. To do any of this, message us on WhatsApp or call us. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

10. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Orders should be placed by a parent, guardian or other adult.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add new features. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
